The ladies enjoyed ample time on the water, with activities ranging from wingfoiling to tow-foiling behind the boat.
Yoga sessions provided moments of relaxation and mindfulness, while informative tech and theory talks delved into the intricacies of wingfoiling. Saturday night hosted an unforgettable BBQ feast, where participants savoured delicious food and watched action-packed wingfoil movies. The combination of fun and learning made this retreat a well-rounded experience.
