Returns

You ordered something from our ENSIS online shop and it doesn't fit you? No problem — you can send your products back within 14 days and get your money back. Returned items must be in original condition and packed in their original boxes.

Shipping costs for returns are on behalf of the customer.

You can choose between 2 return hubs:

Hub Austria: fanagus ag, Schweizerstrasse 104, A-6830 Rankweil / AUSTRIA

Hub Switzerland: fanagus ag, Ruessenstrasse 18, CH-6340 Baar / SWITZERLAND

Refunds

As soon as we receive your package, we will reimburse the order value within 14 days. We will not refund the shipping costs.
