Foil Mania Youth: Training the Next Generation of Foilers

In Switzerland, FOIL MANIA YOUTH is helping kids get into the exciting world of foiling. As part of the Swiss Foiling Federation, this club brings together young riders to learn and enjoy wing and pump foiling. Led by ENSIS riders Michi and Laura, FOIL MANIA YOUTH isn’t just about improving skill - it’s about building a community of people who love being on the water.

Whether it’s racing, freestyle, or just having fun, the club supports all kinds of foiling activities. They organize events, meet-ups, and competitions to encourage the kids to learn, push themselves, and, most importantly, have a great time. Let’s see what they’ve been up to recently!

Wingfoiling Bootcamp at Lake Neuchâtel

FOIL MANIA YOUTH recently headed to Lake Neuchâtel for a freestyle bootcamp. With foiling pro Balz Müller joining in, the kids had the chance to learn from one of the best. It was a fantastic day on the water, with the young foilers flying their ENSIS wings and picking up new tricks. We’re proud to support FOIL MANIA YOUTH and love seeing the next generation of foilers out there having fun.

Competitions and Events

The club also takes part in competitions held at lakes around Switzerland as part of the BIG WAVE SWISS TOUR. While Swiss lakes don’t usually have big waves, that doesn’t stop these young foilers from showing off their skills. When the wind is right, they race or do freestyle tricks, and when it’s calm, pump foiling competitions take over. It’s all about having fun, pushing the sport forward, and getting better together.

By helping these young riders learn and grow, they’re building a great community around this exciting new sport.
