The first tour stop in 2021 of the Wing Foil World Tour is over. Our team riders Balz Müller, Riccardo Zorzi, Michael Näf and Maaike Huvermann were part of the GWA Wing Foil World Cup Leucate.

The beautiful camping Viglamo was the ideal location for the riders camp. Located directly at La Franqui beach in Leucate. The riders had to undergo a strict COVID testing procedure, to ensure a safe and healthy event for everyone.

During the week, it was a big waiting game for the right wind conditions to start the competition. It was a grey, rainy week with no wind. But there was still action on and off the water. The riders showed their skills during tow-in winging sessions or some wave foiling.

On the weekend finally the wind kicked in at La Franqui. Strong tramontana was perfect for the competitors to show their skills. And it was a successful event for the ENSIS Team.
