The ENSIS Experience at boot Düsseldorf 2024

The boot Dusseldorf 2024 was a great success. The boot is one of the largest and premier boating and water sports trade shows, and the public is invited to meet and interact with brands and manufacturers in the industry. ENSIS attended the event for the second year and was stationed right by the "beach" (indoor pool), where a lot of fun was had. If you weren't able to attend, here's what you missed.

Over the Week

The boot set up an indoor pool and wind machine, allowing brands to showcase and the public to try the latest wing and hydrofoil equipment. Balz and Michi wasted no time once the ENSIS team arrived and went straight to the pool to show off the new ENSIS WALTZ. The ENSIS WALTZ was released on the opening day of the Boot. The Waltz is ENSIS's downwind board, just in time for a full week of testing and action in the indoor pool.

When not pumpfoiling or wingfoiling in the pool, tech talks were hosted with various ENSIS team members and other industry leaders. These talks covered new products, industry insights, gear questions, as well as some wing and pump foiling tips and tricks. There were lots of giveaways and prizes to be won, and ENSIS hosted a quiz to win a SPIN wing (If you missed out, be sure to follow our social media for future giveaways and contests!).

Lots of Media Exposure

With the boot's size and reputation, there was a fair amount of major news coverage of the event, which is great for exposing wingfoiling and pumpfoiling to a wider public audience. Trade shows and events, besides being fun and exciting, are important for increasing the visibility and growth of foiling sports.

ENSIS Booth

There were smiles and excitement all around with the ENSIS team. All the latest products, including the ENSIS WALTZ and ROCK'N'ROLL PRO, were on display and available to try and demo.
